Simple on purpose. You'll know exactly what happens, when it happens, and what it cost — every time.
We meet at your home, walk it together, and document its baseline condition — systems, quirks, access, alarm procedures, and your preferences. You get the baseline report before we start.
Keys are coded and logged — never labeled with an address. Every entry to your home is recorded. Access authorization is in writing, and you can revoke it any time.
Same day each week, a full interior and exterior walkthrough. Before the day ends you have a photo report in your inbox: what we checked, what we found, what we recommend.
Text or call the Kilncrest line. You'll hear back the same day, and someone is on-site the same or next business day. Small repairs get fixed at the member rate; licensed-trade work gets dispatched to a vetted partner and supervised in person.
Every ticket ends with photos of the finished work and a plain-language invoice — labor, parts, and any partner charges with our coordination fee disclosed. No mystery line items, ever.
A promise without a paper trail is just a pitch. The weekly photo report is how you audit us — it proves the visit happened, shows your home's condition, and builds a season-over-season record of the house that pays for itself the first time you need an insurance claim or a warranty argument.
